AISC Chapter 8 and J2.4:
The following is for calculating the strength of a fillet weld in a connection.  Note, it is acceptable to sum the capacities of individual weld elements, neglecting load-deformation, if no increase in strength due to the loading angle is assumed.  Therefore this calculation alone can be conservatively used to determine the strength of fillet weld groups without considering increasing strength for loading angle and accounting for load-deformation.
